Carried out daily experiments involving the use of wet lab techniques such as bacterial cell culturing, RNA extraction and isolation, human lymphocyte infection, qPCR, western blots, and statistical analyses of obtained experimental data. At the end presented preliminary results in the form of a research poster to peers and faculty.
