I was in Francois' team as District Manager when he was General Manager of Unique. François is one of those rare managers who naturally is an inspiring mentor for the whole staff. François exhibits strong interpersonal skills and a unique capacity for empathy. These qualities most notably translate in his ability to motivate a team to care about its project and be invested in the project’s success. François is also the go-to person for conflict resolution and problem solving. Though he’s never one to draw attention to himself, his positive attitude sticks in my memory and the respect that he receives from others is palpable. In summary, François is a manager who leads with real values, it was great!
