      Constellations est une petite Start Up de Montréal fondée en 2021 par le producteur multimédia François Turgeon et ses associés. Constellations souhaite conçevoir et produire des petites maisons autonomes et éco-responsables qui produisent de l’énergie via un système solaire intégré tout en s’assurant que l’empreinte sur l’environnement soit nulle ou positive. Le design et le positionnement stratégique de la structure (geodesign, fenestrations etc.) ainsi que le choix des matériaux et de la technologie embarquée feront de Constellations une entreprise unique au Québec. Inspirés de la géométrie sacrée, plus particulièrement des mandalas, Constellations crée de petits espaces de vie intelligents, adaptés et complètement optimisés quant à leur environnement. Constellations propose dans son premier plan d’affaires différents concepts d’espaces de vie innovants pour alléger l’impact que nous avons sur notre environnement tout en maximisant la connexion à mère nature! Toutes les constellations seront entièrement auto-suffisantes et autonomes. Équipées jusqu’à 8 panneaux solaires pour 2400 watts/heure. Entièrement auto-alimentées, toutes nos constellations fournissent en courant 12 volts. Constellations Tiny House propose de multiples options vertes incluant un système de récupération d’eau de pluie, des panneaux solaires et la solution compost/taille intégrée permettant une autonomie totale.       François Turgeon is a certified Hatha yoga teacher in the Kripalu tradition. He received his certification at the studio Joy of Yoga with Kelly Mcgrath in 2012. He also continued his studies in New York in 2013 where he obtained a special certification to teach Yoga in correctional facilities and prisons. This work shop was given by James Fox Yoga Prison Project. François has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. Born in Outremont, Montreal, Francois was introduced to Yoga very young by his father who transmitted the love of yoga as well as the practice of meditation. Francois teaches yoga to beginners and intermediate. It is particularly specialized in workshops introduction to meditation and Yoga Kripalu to all ages. He teaches at private studio (one or in couple) and also offers workshops in hospitals and business. Francois teaches various programs such as programs to reduce stress, deep relaxation and fitness. The classes of Francois are inspiring, safe, but also infused with musical and historical references that open the hearts! He gives clear directions for anatomical support to develop a healthy practice. He does not hesitate to refer to the history of yoga and Buddhism to create original and informative classes. Essentially, he adapts its classes according to the seasons and the universe around us.
