Well, where do I start, so much to say here, but will try to be brief and on the point. Franck is a winning combination of passion, skill, analytical thinking, experience. When I met him for the first time I understood only one thing from what he was saying in French to the others in our daily meetings - "Ça marche pas" - it doesn't work and everyone was ignoring him most of the time, he was ready to explain to people that would listen. Franck has special skill to find out how things work. When we started to listen, the results were immediate. Quality, performance and collaboration improved tremendously, team spirit started to raise quickly and the successes came. The Team was build and one of the strongest I worked in. He didn't stop there :) Next challenge was to take over the performance testing and turn around the whole "department" work done for years, he made everything human readable, data driven, robust and maintainable within the first 2 quarters.
