Francissca was the Account Manager when I first joined CNET Direct. Through our collaborations in campaign execution, she contributed loads to bringing me up to speed with my role. Although she is in a Sales function, she ensures that she understands Ops processes well to deliver optimal results for her clients. Her consistent and fair judgment is most appreciated by the Ops team. In the later part of my career with CNET Direct, I had the opportunity to report to Francissca and under her guidance, I managed an Ops team. Despite her huge responsibility to manage the business and our P & L, she would always set aside time to meet her direct reports. I received sound coaching and advice from Francissca and it is especially valuable to me as a fairly new people manager. Through her actions, I also picked up best practices to internalize for my own career development. I always look upon Francissca as a team mate, a mentor and a friend, someone who is creative and passionate about any role she undertakes, with integrity and highly professional in managing work, her relationship with the team and her clients. I definitely look forward to any future opportunities to work with her again.
