I have worked with Francisco for 5years within the Academic Operations team. Fran is a passionate, highly efficient, and wonderfully supportive professional, who I have been lucky enough to experience first-hand his love of coaching and leadership development training to those around him. Considered the leadership development guru at ICMS, he championed and transformed our undergraduate business degrees by launching Gallup CliftonStrengths across the programs and organisation, has led and designed several coaching and culture focused units of study and used his extensive experience in emotional intelligence, strengths and psychometric tools to develop the student body and ICMS leadership teams, where I have also been a participant in his workshops. Fran is also a champion of wellness, diversity and regularly brings insight to our strategy sessions that has helped the business remain future focussed. Recently, we worked together on a project that included the use of the Hogan Personality tool, to support a group of High Performing students, where I also completed the debriefing exercise and have found his ethics, mentoring and professionalism to be deeply supportive in my career and leadership planning. He is my first go-to whenever I have a new project in mind as I know he will elevate it to the next level!!

Francisco is a passionate and dedicated leader, who cares about his colleagues as well as his students. He sparked my own enthusiasm for coaching, and it is a skill he is not only adept at but also clearly enjoys using to help others. I witnessed this first hand on many occasions, but most memorably when we both recently undertook a Gallup coaching course and I was able to see him in action amongst his peers. I will always be thankful to have worked with him and hope we get to work together again in the future.
