Provide input, review, and assist in developing the annual operating budget including operations, sales bookings and shipments and responsible for performance to plan. Facilitate approvals of financial needs within the corporate limitations. Review production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, engineering, quality and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays. Represent the Company in customer interactions-customer visits – resolution of escalated customer issues. Work closely with executive leadership to develop, and implement plant policies consistent with company policies and guidelines.
