Jardin Azuayo is the second biggest financial institution of his kind in Ecuador (350 000 clients in 2016) When I arrived here it was an organization that had been growth but had not been developed. My incorporation of the company was part of the developing plan that proposes to carry out a Quality Management System to improve the institutional overall performance and sustain the operation risk management. To meet this goal I had a team of 4 employeesThe main functions I was in charge were:Quality Management System• Driving the change of the process architecture, from functional to process oriented• Training and counseling Process’ leaders in their functions regarding the QMS• Propose and implement and measure the KPI tree of Operational efficiency of the organizationCompliance and Risk Management• Identifying and mapping the process catalog• Assessment to leader’s process in updating and implementation of controls in processes to meet the norms compliance Projects• Proposal and implementation of the manual of the quality control and continuous improvement. -Based on Lean 6 sigma method -Aligned with ISO 9001 -Structured on the PDCA cycle for the daily activity and DMAIC cycle for improvements. -Providing the toolbox of the Lean 6 sigma to implement improvements -Standardizing Change Management Process• Automation in the process of loan to keep tracking the contact history with the customer and control of the actions to be done in the recovery phase of the loan. (Late payment rate reduced from 16% to 9%)• Gave support to the project to change the core system, regarding process structure, implement improvements recognized and implement control points to get data to measure efficiency indicators. • Implementation of the suggestion mailbox in 32 branch offices, to improve the feedback of the customer satisfaction. • Updating of the process documentation to meet the norm of operational risk and ISO 27 000. (32 processes 8 months)
