Responsible for banking in treasury, pump company for the petrochemical industry, handling of Working Capital Liabilities of 215 MM. MXN. and 244 MM. MXN. Current Assets in Coverage. Clientes CFE, PEMEX Refinación, PEMEX Transformación Industrial, Sulzer Pumps (US) Intercompany, Activities I innovated the report of the banking position, previously there was no report of values improvement of 100%. I made the bank reconciliation, with an average of 10 items per month (controlled), 200 historical items were reconciled. I invested the surpluses daily, I looked for the product with the best yield of 0.0206% (Santander) with daily return of capital. Achievements I managed the personnel, the operation, delivery and reception of the treasury position to the shared services center in India company DXC, through a training procedure called. Standard Operation Procedure (SOP). I proposed the KPI table for incidence of rejections in banking in Mexico and its "Log" of solutions. I used emotional intelligence since it was a challenge to teach the new policies, changes and best practices in Mexico, this process concluded in January 2020 with a 100% delivery.
