Adrian Demayo

I worked with Francisco first in National Capital Region (Ottawa-Hull) in the Government of Canada (Environment Canada), and later at The World Bank in Washington, D.C.. In both these organizations he carried out his work with competence, always oriented towards getting to the expected results in the most efficient and effective way. Also, we kept in touch when he moved to Caracas (Venezuela) to work in CAF, this time as friends and ex-colleagues, exchanging ideas and solutions re. our respective areas of interest. Francisco has a very pleasant personality and he is always ready to help and share his knowledge and experience. Adrian D.

I also coordinated CAF's participation in the South American Initiative for Regional Infrastructure Integration (www.iirsa.org), and represented CAF at a multitude of international events and technical conferences in and outside the region.
