Francisco and I worked closely together as senior engineers for about one year on the high-pressure Gladiators scrum team at Consensus Corporation, supporting the reliability and integrity of Target's in-store activation software for connected devices. Among the many engineers with whom I've ever worked, Francisco was outstanding on several counts. He is extremely hard-working, intellectually curious, and thoroughly professional, and he's a first-rate team player. He demonstrated extraordinary commitment to meeting deadlines while taking on some of the most complex development assignments, and he never once balked at demands to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. I should also add that whereas Spanish is his first language and my Spanish is muy limitado (very limited!), both his spoken and his written English are excellent to the point of total fluency, including appreciation of the nuances and subtleties of the English language. If I were assembling a team of software engineers, Francisco would be at the top of my list of acquisition targets.
