  My duties to: Assist customers when they ask for information about our products. Help customers with complains to give them a pleasant and friendly experience, to assure them we will resolve whatever issue they have to their satisfaction, and convey that we really care about our customers. Help techs to troubleshoot our equipment and find the correct parts. Supply technical training as needed or if requested by a customer in the field or in house. Visit customers to gather information and repair units when necessary. Translate literature from English into Spanish Enter parts and equipment orders. Complete all necessary paperwork for international shipping documents. Support sales and engineering when needed. Keep track of all customers’ issues and make sure all customers are happy and pleased with the aftersales experience. Issue parts quotes, dispatch service, help everyone that contacts Dantherm whenever possible even if it is not related to one of our products. Show less
