Senior Designer Responsible for the development, coordination and management of the Chanel Multibrand account for North America. The main retailers that I worked with are Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue. Duties as executive architects for this account included meetings with client, adaptation of architectural layout/design in terms of technical and functional aspects, code analysis and compliance, Mall/retailer criteria and highwall analysis, field surveys, production of complete sets of construction documents in CAD, development and resolution of critical details and project specifics, travel and site visits including Layout, Framing, Ceiling Check and Punch list visits, coordination of construction calls with all disciplines within the teams, revision of required submittals such as lighting, flooring, MEP and shop drawings reviews and approvals, preparation of weekly call agendas with clients and designers, detailed follow up during every phase of the projects from beginning to completion. At CallisonRTKL I also had the opportunity to work with the workplace team in a project for Soul Cycle and I also worked in developing and producing a complete SD package and proposal for a Valentino Store at Neiman Marcus in Coral Gables, Florida.
