* Qafco power load run in stable/reliable installed capacity 250mw with 7 turbines.* This captive plant connected / synchronized with (Kharrama Government Network) (150MW+60MW)* 7 Rolls Royce made Avon gas generator 10mw load each.* Duties include shift wise monitoring, operating of power generation and distribution system.(GIS132kV, 66KV, 11KV, 3.3KV, to 415V) * Attending call duty, issuing work permits, & work order raising involvement in plant shut downs routine check up of substations and transformers (around 40 substations & 100 Transformers.)* The control of generation and distribution by Micro TDC (Honey well Experion) and Micro SCADA.* Cubicle control by REF 542+ relay and ABB series protection relays.* Daily plant reports calculations and log writings* E -Work permit system hot, cold, entry, excavation & radio grapy (people soft oracle)* E -Work request and work order* Smoke / heat / gas detection system monitoring.* Inergen fire extinguishing system, * Switch board (ATS) automatic transfer system, and (MTS) Manuel transfer system system.* Handling emergency/Blackout* UPS system monitoring* Emergency diesel engines black start test* Routine checks power station & jobs follow ups*Substations monitoring and issue of maintenance.
