When I talked to Francis he came across someone who was very much determined, passionate and always forward looking. Being someone who is junior to him, for me it was very eye opening as well as a good learning experience. I realized Francis was someone who was very hard working during his University days when he was doing a part time degree, and up till this day. He's always looking to learn and upgrade himself and has never let himself become complacent. This was evident by the way he was explaining how we can use the internet to learn relevant skills and upgrade ourselves. Also, he's someone who is always willing to share his knowledge with students. He volunteered to take time out and appear in the MDIS Virtual Fair, where he gave the incoming students tips on how to navigate this ever changing world. All in all, Francis is a very knowledgeable man who is always looking to expand his horizons and help others to do the same as well.
