  With established studios in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, our new Gold Coast studio consolidates our practices’ position as a national leader in architecture and design, strengthening our capacity across the eastern seaboard. Cottee Parker has serviced the Gold Coast from our Brisbane Headquarters for over two decades. Now, with a number of projects forecast to commence construction, and a solid pipeline of projects in design, the opening of our Gold Coast practice supports our ambition across the commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors. Multi Residential Developments including Alegria – a luxury Palm Beach residential development, Awaken Residences in Coolangatta and future landmark Midwater in Main Beach will complement the existing urban fabric while delivering a new design flair to the coast. Our Gold Coast studio is led by Francis Greenman, a seasoned Architect with experience across residential, mixed use and retail design. Francis will drive the continued growth of Cottee Parker, supported by a team of architects and interior designers committed to harnessing the practices’ aptitude to drive positive growth in Queensland.
