  Frank Cain’s career spans more than 30 years in residential, commercial and industrial construction and restoration. He has thorough knowledge of scoping, estimating, and managing large loss projects, with extensive experience in fire and water restoration, smoke odor remediation, mold remediation, and document drying. In his years of experience, he has obtained multiple industry certifications.Frank’s background in construction and restoration has included the evaluation and management of disaster projects caused by fire, flood, hurricanes, tornadoes, collapse, and structure failures. He has been involved in healthcare restoration projects and understands the infection control / risk assessment requirements necessary on these projects.Prior to joining J.S. Held in 2017, Frank was a regional manager for a global restoration company who was responsible for evaluating large losses, setting budgets and project scopes, schedules, and assessing equipment and labor needs.With an interest in green building and home energy efficiency, Frank has obtained a LEED AP certification with the US Green Building Council and is an accredited Energy Star HERS rater from the Residential Energy Services Network. He has a certification as a Building Analyst and Building Envelope Professional by the Building Performance Institute. He has obtained a Level 1 Certification as an Infrared Thermographer with experience in monitoring building envelopes.
