Duties and Responsibilities: All scope of works related to planning, designing of mechanical and electrical engineering works. Participate in project BIM set-up, standards and coordination process with subsequent upgrading of the organization’s BIM model with advancements in BIM technologies. Help to establish standards for data exchange with entire Project Team to optimize use of the BIM for scheduling, quantity take off, estimating, etc., during all stage of project. Help to establish and maintain project files and standards to be as seamless as possible with the current office CAD standards; making improvement when necessary. Help to promote new strategies for effective working in BIM modeling by developing, discovering, collecting and sharing of process, best practice and techniques. Perform quality analysis tests to check consistency of the product with the plan and ensuring that the BIM activities are conducted with the set budget. Show less
