Lead and manage the definition, deployement and maintenance of large integrated digital and web projects from concept to user acceptance testing and planning of evolutions. Projects deployed include MS Dynamics CRM, Drupal & Wordpress CMS as a basis for public web sections, mobile applications with augmented reality, as well as various e-commerce platforms fully integrated with a custom ERP (back-office sales and seating system for ticketing and hospitality) including UX design and… Show more Lead and manage the definition, deployement and maintenance of large integrated digital and web projects from concept to user acceptance testing and planning of evolutions. Projects deployed include MS Dynamics CRM, Drupal & Wordpress CMS as a basis for public web sections, mobile applications with augmented reality, as well as various e-commerce platforms fully integrated with a custom ERP (back-office sales and seating system for ticketing and hospitality) including UX design and enhancements. Projects also include integration with Google tag manager, SIX/saferpay payment gateway, SAP FI (finance) and Business Intelligence. Tasks performed cover the full scope needed to deploy projects of that magnitude: Contribute to the initial concept creation. Gather, formalize and prioritize business needs. Write requests for proposals, select and manage development agencies and external IT suppliers. Document sales processes and identify possible optimizations. Set, monitor and adjust online marketing /promotion strategies including SEO, AdWords, Display, Social media and mass mailing. Coordinate project with internal stakeholders and align with corporate brand and infrastructure strategy and guidelines. Validate new releases and anticipate evolutions of the systems Organize users training sessions and set-up of first level support for key users. Supervise user acceptance tests. Manage change with end users and set-up training sessions. Plan and organize penetration and security tests. Responsibilities cover planning, budget, risk management and resources aspects. Job requires flexibility, good summarizing capabilities, creativity and ability to think out of the box, structured mind, high taste for facing challenges, problem solving attitude and willingness to always satisfy the end users.
