      The progress of employees is checked in advance regarding the demanded tasks, It's my charge to supervise the financial department (checking spreadsheets, invoices, payment slips, debtors, customer data, etc.) and the purchasing department (checking price and conditions offers, purchase orders, deliveries, product registration, supplier registration, etc.). Training and Developing the teams, monitoring the performance of employees and being responsible for the constant operation of feedbacks about the individual's performance are other Human Resources duties that I have to look after.Finally, I am in charge of the entire personnel department bureaucratic process, such as delivering payslips to employees, requesting and monitoring medical examinations and handling the personnel department's documentation such as: employment contract, terminations, work cards, payslips, among others.
