When Ms. Franchesca Jimenez walks into a room, she is like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. From the day a person meets her, her personality shines through and allows her to gleam above the rest. That is how I personally felt about this student from the first meeting day. Ms. Jimenez has been in several my classes over the last couple years and she is an explementary student. Ms. Jimenez always turned in her assignments on time, followed all directions, and spoke up when needed to make sure she fully understood what was being asked of her. Her professionalism and work ethic clearly surpasses her fellow classmates. During Ms. Jimenez’s semesters at Fletcher Technical Community College, she has maintained a 4.0 average, while being president of the prestigious Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and Secretary of Student Government Association. I have witnessed Ms. Jimenez interact with other classmates as well. Not only does she have excellent time management skills, but she also works well in group situations. I have personally witnessed her strong work ethic, persistence, and intellectual integrity. She is an excellent role model for our students, especially with being able to speak multiple languages and relate to multiple cultures.
