I worked with Francesco in Molino Stucky Hilton between 2010 and 2014, in that period we were only 2 receptionists and then FO Supervisors, and Francesco was already fully knowledgeable and professional in his role. In 2019, I called Francesco as Front Office Manager to join our pre-opening team for the Doubletree by Hilton Trieste. At that time he had already had several experience in different countries and hilton in managerial positions. As Hotel Manager I really had the biggest support coming from Francesco , who thanks his incredible experience and knowledge helped me to recruit the FO team, training them properly , and performing the opening of the hotel with an exceptional professionalism .
