  Topic: Galaxy formation and evolution. I studied the effects of the surrounding environment on the formation and evolution of galaxies with a particular interest in the early onset of such effects in the distant Universe. I familiarized with several observational techniques, data reduction pipelines, and statistical analysis, adapting codes that I wrote with existing libraries. I learnt how to deal with large datasets and extract statistically meaningful information from them. Topic: Galaxy formation and evolution.
