I worked for a brand new MTV game show called "Swipe Date". During this internship, I worked in a fast-paced environment in several different departments. These included: pre-production, location shoots, live studio filming, and post-production. I handled the needs of staff and talent as necessary and organized and prepared the show bibles for distribution amongst producers and department heads. I worked as a tutor specializing in History, English, Math and Latin. I helped students improve their G.P.A. and helped them plan ahead for their future classwork in order to stay ahead of the rest of their colleagues. I developed proficient lesson plans for these clients by communicating with the student, parents, and teachers in order to understand and meet the student's needs and struggles in class. I worked as a columnist for an Arts and Culture magazine called TribeLA Magazine. Here, I ran a personal column called Confessions of a Man-Child, a comical series based off of my experiences as a young adult struggling with his own maturity and wrote about an interview with Jennifer Kushell from YSN.com. I assisted developing a new start-up app alongside with several different college students studying abroad. During our study abroad experience, we blogged about travel tips and experiences as a tourist and promoted the app through networking events and universities all over the world. We hope this new app will serve as a platform for friends to exchange travel tips. I assisted developing a new start-up app alongside with several different college students studying abroad.
