  Francesco specialises in corporate law and international trade. In particular, he has significant expertise in international contracts and M&A operations, as well as in customs and transport law matters. Over the years, Francesco has assisted the clients of the Firm in numerous operations to and from China, India, South America and the Middle East, supporting them in the conclusion of large contracts for the supply of goods and services, cross-border acquisitions, the setting up of joint ventures and branches, and in the execution of licensing, distribution and agency agreements. His clients work in various fields, including mechanical engineering, machine tools and dual-use goods, luxury and fashion, chemistry, transportation and logistics. Francesco is a member of supervisory bodies, has been defence counsel and arbitrator in domestic and international arbitration disputes with the Milan Chamber of Arbitration and other arbitration institutions. As a contemporary art enthusiast, Francesco supports a number of famous Italian artists, providing them legal advice in their dealings with the galleries and in the organization of events, as well as in the sale and export of their works and in the defence of intellectual property rights.
