      I am testing a Gene Therapy approach in order to cure a rare genetic disorder. I introduced and optimized an injection technique in my lab which allowed to cut the injection time by 90% and increase the positive outcome of injections to 100%, dramatically increasing the feasibility of our approach. Examining the clinical data of patients, I was able to confirm also in humans, the viability of our previously found biomarkers.
