Bachelor's thesis in Meta-markup Languages. Title 'Small words, great words: the impact of tone of voice on microcopies for a better UX'. The objective of my thesis was to analyze the relationship between language and UX, with a particular regard to the power of the correct tone of voice used by brands. I analyzed the potential of tone of voice in eliciting certain behaviours in the user, according to its usage. Specifically, I enphasized its usage on microcopies, because I believe that those UX elements, which are often overlooked, are actually fundamental in crafting an unforgettable user experience.
