  I have 28 years’ experience in AV operation, working in a various roles before becoming a principle Director of proAV, a position I have held for more than 18 years. I am responsible for all areas of the company’s operations, including its supply chain, HR, customer service and finance division. I have made a valuable contribution to the organic growth that has been enjoyed and sustained by the company as a result of our continuing service that continues to exceed customer expectation. Personally responsible for a number of high-profile client accounts, I pride myself on the long-lasting relationships we have established with our clients and which have helped to contribute to the proAV success story. Client satisfaction is everything and the benchmarked standards of customer service we have set for ourselves continue to inspire the industry.
