  As a Behavioral Technician at ALP, I work with children with Autism to help them become more independent and support them on that journey. I visit families' homes (following COVID-19 precautions) and aim to alleviate problem behaviors of clients, present games and activities to increase communication, understanding, and aid in completing day-to-day tasks and chores. With the high level of training, discussion, and supervision, ALP provides its employees with a wonderful platform to grow from.
