Provide critical support to directors and managers, serving as key liaison for internal and external communications. Daily administrator for development and implementation of HR policy. Answer general employee questions, research problems and/or refer issues to appropriate subject matter experts. Provide ongoing support on special projects, key HR activities and business initiatives. Partner daily with talent acquisition on open positions, focus on final candidate selection and compliance requirements for new hires. Process FMLA requests and forms.
