Various responsibilities, including but not limited to several types of troubleshooting (hardware, software, network, classroom AV, etc.), documentation composition and revision, regular printer and other campus technology maintenance, and most importantly, directly assisting clients in person, over the phone, or via email. Customer service is a huge if not the most important aspect of this job. Workdays consist of constant interaction with students, faculty, and staff, and therefore the employee must maintain a pleasant and approachable attitude in order to best assist and put the client at ease. I am incredibly passionate about the ins and outs of customer service, and like to treat them more as friends than as numbers. People sometimes request me personally because of services I have provided.
