Product Analyst
-
Aug 2020 - Apr 2021
As a product analyst in Project Imagine, my role was very varied and interesting. I conducted research and benchmarking into other digital products to analyse their benefits and pain points and see how they were comparing in the market. I often consulted our community, other colleagues and conducted informal interviews to understand our user needs better. Using this research and analysis I could frame the problem I was facing in terms of context, scope, constraints and ultimately find the best solution. Usually, I worked directly with multiple teams, but mainly with the Product and Design teams. I liked to stay with the product as far as I could from conception to launch and ultimately this helped me to become a Product manager for future projects that we're working on.

Customer Service Associate
-
Oct 2019 - Aug 2020
Within Customer Service, I was able to use my communication and empathy skills to converse with customers about a range of different queries and concerns. I took this opportunity to learn our app inside and out, keeping up to date with the 'bugs' and was able to communicate with the Compliance, Tech, Studio and Product teams whenever something went wrong or needed fixing. As a result of investigating alongside different teams trying to solve the various problems, I gained great insight into how the app works and ultimately gained a great overview of the company. What is more, it gave me a wide perspective of customer experience, which led me to work within the Product team because I wanted to change the app in accordance with customer needs and put my problem solving skills to use.
