  • Keep clients satisfied by making sure all their specifications about the employees and requests are being fulfilled. • Recruit, interview, test and select employees to fill vacant positions. • Coordinate the scheduled shifts of all employees based on the specifications the client demands. • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. (TIPS Certified / ServSafe Orientation) • Update weekly payroll spreadsheet for submission to the Payroll department. • Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting. • Consulting with practice managers regarding employee turnover, absenteeism, changes in work settings, employee motivation and recognition, and other employee-related aspects. • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
