As a stewardess on board a luxury super yacht my responsibilities included providing VIP clients with 5 star customer services in all aspects of their experience on board. Essential to my role was my ability to work well under extreme time constraints and high-pressure situations where attention to detail and crew communication were critical in meeting the needs of our billionaire clientele. Not only this, our team of stewardesses was solely responsible for creating elaborate table settings and decor for functions and events that were held on board. Other duties included service on charter, laundry service, reorganising dry stores, detail cleaning, assisting on deck. My role as medical officer on board meant that I was the responsible person in charge in the event of any medical emergency at sea. I would assess and treat injuries under the guidance of shore medical assistance and advice. My responsibilities included managing the medical supply on board and making sure that all medical equipment was serviced appropriately.
