  As a Resident Assistant (RA), I aim to cultivate a diverse and inclusive environment in which my residents participate and live in. As an RA I am responsible for 50 residents living in my hall with me and creating and planning events that are engaging to all residents. I am also a resource for residents regarding academics, campus life, and professional development.
