This job role allowed me to gain insight into many things beyond the obvious. Working with such a well known brand improved my customer service skills as well as my personal skills. Working here I achieved "Employee of the Month" on several occasions. This lead me to being offered the role of a Buddy Trainer, a person who trains new staff and assesses their progress.
