      While continuing longitudinal research on labour market inequality, the position of research officer saw me taking on administrative and teaching responsibilities. I set up a new research project, Employment Relationships at Risk, with a labour economist, Antje Mertens, where we wrote a number of papers on temporary employment in Germany.
