      This team produced the fall prevention DVD entitled "Exercises at the Kitchen Sink" which was distributed to seniors in Chatham-Kent and Sarnia-Lambton. It was an extension of Dr. Vicky Scott's SAIL Home Program and received her total support. This DVD included 7 evidence based exercises to improve balance and lower body strength in the interest of Fall Prevention. Since production it has been adapted by other organizations as a teaching tool in their Fall Prevention Programs.
