There are many advantages to engineered steel-framing systems. Quality, costs and delivery are predictable. The craftsmanship, and customization will place this framing system in the high end in this field. Despite the growth in the housing industry, steel-framed housing still remains fragmented with a very low percentage in the residential housing market in the United States, and around the world. While the unit raw materials cost for metal buildings may be competitive with other building materials, residential steel buildings typically have not been competitive against wood framed buildings. It should recognized that, skilled labor is a big factor in light steel framing, and the most economical designs are those that require the least skilled labor and minimizes job site fabrication, and framing erection cost. There are companies in the United States and around the world that currently manufacture light steel framing packages, their design and fabrication have largely been on an application-by-application basis, and the delivery of these systems are usually limited to a short distance transportation. The Steel Framing Network's light steel framing system includes a breakthrough multi-functional framing product that has superior application in residential, or commercial, low and mid-rise buildings than any light steel framing system available, specially in disaster affected areas. We distinguish ourselves from our competitors by having more value-added features with a turnkey approach to marketing our product and services through our distribution network partners in the United States and around the world. These distribution and service network capabilities will allow us to focus on new markets including those with the high volume needs. Show less
