      Since starting at Dupree I have gained a keen interest within Mortgages. I originally started as a case manager where I dealt with 8 brokers and managed their application once submitted. My duties would be: • Chasing lenders for updates • Data input • Updating clients and builder with case progression • Helping brokers with mortgage and help to buy applications • Monthly director reports • Training new staff After passing CF1 and CF6 I have been promoted to a trainee Financial advisor position and I now deal with remortgages, qualifying potential clients, and also look in to insurances for existing clients who are in the process of purchasing a property.       Contact customers by telephone and letter to notify them about suspicious activity. Identify multiple types of fraud on an account. Block cardholder account where fraudulent activity is suspected and follow any formal reporting process to ensure the client is aware.       Since I have started this job I believe I have gained and strengthened my personal skills. For example my time keeping skills have improved. I am in full time education so have had to ensure that I am on top of my coursework so I can balance the workload from my two part time jobs. Within this company my duties are to help customers with their purchases however I also help out with marketing certain products or special offers when the company has any on. For example, suggesting ideas on where to put the new stock to make it appealing to the customer; or how to advertise new products in the shop window.
