As one of the first 50 employees of the high growth startup, I helped the group of ambitious founders, investors, and operators to upskill their storytelling and strategic communication skills. My role as an operator inside of On Deck helped me learn what it takes to 3x a company in terms of talent and revenue. I developed ideas that were implemented and turned into playbooks to be used by the organization around marketing, sales, and brand positioning. I worked closely with the On Deck Founder Fellows to prepare fundraising pitches, pitch decks, and master conversational storytelling.

Felony prosecutor in charge of handling all levels of felonies including thefts, burglaries of habitation, drug cases, robberies, aggravated assaults, intoxicated manslaughters, and murders. I am in charge of my own docket and depending on the court that can range anywhere from 100-200 cases at any given time. It is my responsibility to ensure a fair evaluation of the case and make an independent determination of what to do with each and every case. I plea bargain cases, dismiss cases, and try cases on a weekly basis. I am involved in every aspect of the case once it has been indicted including further investigation, witness preparation, trial strategy, motion filing and responses, and negotiation. I have tried roughly 80 cases to a jury and have resolved hundreds of cases through the various means at my disposal.
