As assigned by President Betty Siegel and Dean Yiping Wan, I served as a professor of educational leadership and held various interim positions as Director of the Teacher Center, head of the Educational Leadership Department, and Associate Dean for Graduate Study. As Associate Dean, I coordinated the development of KSU's first doctoral program entitled "Leadership for Learning"--an umbrella degree that provided doctoral study options across the academic area in the college of education.
