My key responsibility is assuming full ownership of our front end flagship application (Medistar). This is an Angular application supported by a custom Java Springboot backend. The product is the key platform that forms part of a suit of products that enables practitioners to create, manage and bill patients • I work closely with the architect to define the functioning of the front end application • I am involved in maintaining and adding functionality that is required to meet the business needs. • I am instrumental in translating high fidelity Figma and Abstract designs into application features • I fix production bugs on the front end application while observing awareness of the business impact • I also assumed the role of a UI/UX designer responsible for creating designs using Figma in order to support the development of one of our newer products.
