  - Worked with a team of five directors as we recruited, interviewed, and selected 54 members from the 2023-2024 freshman class to serve as a representative of their classmates within SGA. - As one of the directors, we served a mentor for each freshman as they adjusted and learned about leadership, SGA, and Auburn University. We organized and implemented a mentorship program that allowed each freshman to be more connected and get hands on experience in SGA, while also prompting members of SGA to be effective mentors.- Finally, through this experience, I have formed lasting relationships with my fellow directors as well as with many of the 54 members of Freshman Forum as they have adjusted to campus life.   My role as Vice President of Operations has been integral in keeping all chapter records organized, accessible, and efficiently updated. I work individually with 350+ members to continually compile their attendance and participation history to report to the Executive Board, Alpha Delta Pi National Headquarters, and Auburn Panhellenic. Our chapter received many awards for excellence over this year, including the "Golden Lion," the most prestigious award for Alpha Delta Pi chapters who uphold the highest standard of excellence.
