I have been working with Jorge for almost a year and am amazed at the results. I've increased my strength and stamina, which were the primary goals I set up front. Jorge listened to my objectives and crafted a workout plan that keeps me challenged and doesn't ever get boring. I strongly endorse Jorge for his technical knowledge, professionalism and ability to motivate.

Jorje is an excellent trainer! I have been working with Jorje several times a week for over a year. He is personable, very easy to work with, a strong motivator and his style is very supportive. He listens to his clients and creates a training plan that is achievable, but with stretch goals so that you are always seeing results. His communication skills are top notch and he is very knowledgable and always encourages you to ask questions. He has clients of all ages and fitness levels and works very well with all. Simply put, he is the best I trainer of any I have ever come across and he has helped me tremendously.
