Before I had the wonderful fortune of getting to know Forest while working with him in his executive role with the Los Alamos Business Association, I knew Forest's work ethic... in fact, you'd be hard-pressed to find a single resident of Los Alamos or frequent visitor to our little postage stamp of a town that doesn't know Forest's integrity and charisma. He's been a fixture of the local community for years (well before I got here) and no doubt will make an impact on any other community of people he works with. If you're thinking about a professional or personal relationship with Forest, I know few individuals that approach work and life with a comparable degree of positive energy, learn by doing philosophy, and commitment to those business and people he cares about.

Forest’s civic mindedness as evidenced by his work with the Friends of Los Alamos Library in support of the library reopening project in 2015 was remarkable. He participated in the Bark for Books fundraisers benefitting that library and provided library status updates and news coverage for his fellow high school students and staff in the e-newspaper, the Spartan Oracle. Thanks to Forest for sharing his gift of writing and commitment to the local community which has already made a difference in Los Alamos.
