Coordinated clinical content customizations, evaluated processes and workflow designs, and offered end-user support and training for computer, network systems, telephones, and printers. Conducted conference calls and onsite/remote trainings to communicate application workflow. Key Achievements: *Designed and developed training programs and materials that is now used by all My Vision Express clientele. *Led and implemented system upgrade for 100+ customers with single and multi-location practices. *Played a key role automating and updating the medical records system. *Organized the ticketing structure system to facilitate monitoring and tracking. *Championed launch of Electronic Prescribing software which streamlined workflow for end users. *Incorporated partner products that secured electronic communications between My Vision Express and 3rd party software.
