  I am a degree qualified Chartered Building Surveyor with over twelve year experience within the building industry, mainly within building defect, maintenance and refurbishments. I am someone who is driven by results, strives for quality and who adopts a professional and flexible approach to a work life balance. I have a proven track record of delivering projects within time and budget and to a high quality. My career to date has given me client side exposure to building pathology, reactive and planned maintenance works along with the delivery from inception to completion of large capital refurbishment projects on commercial public commercial buildings. Working for a large commercial property company my remit and responsibilities include delivering numerous projects at any one time. To achieve this, I liaise with consultants, MTC contactors and supply chain colleagues to achieve and deliver quality and excellence to our clients. Show less
