  Rowe Group’s design team provides comprehensive urban design, strategic and statutory land use planning expertise to land developers within Western Australia. My role is to guide the design of our projects from within the team to ensure we are implementing the most efficient land use solutions for our clients whilst recognising the importance of good community design.Our team utilise a collaborative and iterative design process which clearly demonstrates the design intent to our clients and project stakeholders. We communicate our project designs through a range of techniques, from initial freehand concepts through to full 3D models and animations to provide a clear and holistic understanding of the design proposal and desired outcomes.We apply our knowledge to some of the largest urban development projects in Western Australia, taking a vested interest in each project, assisting clients in establishing their vision for the project and working with them in delivering the desired vision, its commercial, social and environmental outcomes.
