My own company was attributed the contract for this study. The goal of the study was to identify new hardware/network standards and to do a network performance audit to identify the problems in the existing infrastructure. One standard should be based on the existing park (minimize the number of changes to the absolute necessary ones) in function of an existing web-application. The second standard was a proposal to change to an infrastructure who best fits the needs of that same web-application. My role was the consulting & communication part of the project.
